I flew through the first book. Went through the second book (not as quickly). The third book I'm VERY slowly making my way through. I'm having a really hard time getting into it. I'm 86 pages into it and I've been reading it for over a month (maybe 2) now. I've talked to a few people and they have said the same thing about the third book.
I'm trying to read to post my books on Paperback swap. I feel bad that I've gotten so many books off there but haven't really sent out that many. I've stopped using the library also so I'll read more of my own books.

Reading "The Hunger Games"
I keep hearing great things about the book. Everyone I know who has read it says I'll love it. Man so far they are right! It's just sucked me right in. I don't get much time to read, but so far I'm 70 pages into it on my Nook! I'm so happy my Aunt let me borrow it. Such a good book so far. I really want to read more to see what is going to happen next, but everytime I sit down to read the kids need something. They are playing quietly right now, so maybe I should get off my blogs and go read!

Update
I'm so behind on posting my books as I read them. Here we go! I'm just about on track for my 50 books this year. I need to finish one more book by the end of today....that's so not happening!
5) Seek Me With All Your Heart by Beth Wiseman
6) The Wonder of Your Love by Beth Wiseman
7) Kill Me If You Can by James Patterson
All three books were good. I feel in love with Beth Wiseman's two series. I hope she keeps going with the second series. I loved it!

I'm on track
My goal this year is to read 50 books. I'm hoping I can do this. I means I need to read a little over 4 books a month to do this. In the past (before kids) this would have been a breeze. Now it's going to be a challenge. Since I've had to had surgery this month (gallbladder removed) I've had some reading time. I'm only on my 5th day post surgery. I've read my 4 books for this month. I'm even 45 pages into my 5th book! I'm so proud! Now if I can just get on here and post the books when I'm finished reading them.
Here's what I've read so far.
1)Plain Promise by Beth Wiseman
2) Plain Paradise by Beth Wiseman
3) The Search by Suzanne Woods Fisher
4) Plain Proposal by Beth Wiseman
All four books were great reads. I'm so glad I ran across the Beth Wiseman series. I'm actually reading a second series by her now and really like it because it's got some of the same charactors from her first series in them.

2012 reading
I'm really hoping to get back on track with my reading this year. I've fallen way behind. Although with 6 kids I'm lucky if I don't fall a sleep in the first sentence when I get to read.
I love reading and always have! My kids are loving reading also. I enjoy reading to them also.
Here's hoping to getting to read at least 50 books this year!
